ARTIST ELIGIBILITY
The exhibition is open to Tennessee Watercolor Society members who have paid their 2024 dues, entrants in the Student category (18 years and older), and to Non-Members. The TnWS member may submit up to THREE digital images, but only ONE painting is eligible for inclusion in the show; the Full-time Student may submit up to TWO digital images, but only ONE painting is eligible for inclusion in the show; the Non-Member may submit up to THREE digital images, but only ONE painting is eligible for inclusion in the show.
REQUIREMENTS
All entries must meet the requirements specified in the 2024 Biennial Exhibition Prospectus (click to view). Please read the Prospectus very carefully before submitting your painting image(s).
ENTRY PROCEDURE
The Entry Deadline is February 29, 2024.
- TnWS members with dues paid for 2024 may submit up to three painting images with a non-refundable entry fee of $40.00 for one image, $50.00 for two images, or $60.00 for three images.
- Non-Members may submit up to three painting images with a non-refundable entry fee of $80.00 for one image, $90.00 for two images, or $100.00 for three images.
- Students (18 years and older) may submit up to two painting images with a non-refundable entry fee of $15. The student ID image may be attached to the same email used to submit the painting image.
No more than one painting per entrant will be selected for this exhibition. Pay the entry fee through PayPal, by credit card online, or by check after clicking the NEXT button at the bottom of the entry form below. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through PayPal.
- Please name your images “LastName_FirstName_Title_HxW.”
- After payment, images meeting the specifications in the 2024 Biennial Exhibition Prospectus should be submitted by email to this email address: tnws.exhibitions@gmail.com.
- We must receive your submission by February 29, 2024.
