Kathleen Haynes’ Bio

Kathleen Haynes has painted in both oils and watercolor, but the latter is her medium of choice. True to her roots in rural Tennessee, favorite subjects are country scenes, animals, and buildings which have a past. Her first one-person show, “Summer in the South,” took place July, 2011, at Green Hills Public Library, Nashville.  She is currently exhibiting at Tennessee Art League, Nashville. Haynes is also an advocate for historic properties and fragile wild environments.
