Tennessee Watercolor Society is a valuable part of our lives as artists. It is the glue that holds us together and motivates us to reach new goals. Imagine not having this network of artists for inspiration. The Facebook group alone is enough to keep us challenged and together.
We have workshops that teach us. Friends that fill many needs for companionship, learning, and motivation. Exhibits that push us to try a little harder to be more creative, more challenged, to paint that award-winning artwork. Meetings that solve issues and make us a stronger group.
It is time to make plans for the 2020 Biennial Exhibition in Humboldt. West Tennessee Regional Art Center is a warm, inviting museum in a lovely building. Our exhibition will be housed there. Start getting your paintings ready to enter. Our meetings will be held just down the street where there is good space for the workshop and our other events.
Tuva Stephens and the 2020 committee have planned a great weekend with a visit to Art in the Village and a meal on Friday at the Old Country Store. Saturday is full of activities. Make plans to attend.
Keep painting, as the 2020 Biennial Exhibition will be here before we know it.
